What is an intermediary?
There are two different types of intermediary.
A Registered Intermediary is accredited by the Ministry of Justice to undertake work with complainants and witnesses.
A non-registered intermediary undertakes work with suspects and defendants and their work is outside the accredited MOJ scheme.
Contact me discuss your needs for an intermediary.
